The following is a step-by-step guide to show you how to use this program to transfer SMS from iPhone to PC. You can download the trial version from here.

Step 1: Connect your iPhone to your PC. Run Cucusoft iPhone Contacts + SMS Backup.



Step 2: Click "messages" on the left bar and all text messages will show on right window. You can type the name on the search box to find all the messages from someone. Then select the SMS messages you want to transfer to PC.

Step 3: Click "Export" to transfer iPhone SMS messages. Pick the output format and the saving path, then click "OK". 

Note: There are 2 types for saving backup data - .mht and .txt. The first one is an exclusive file format for "Cucusoft iPhone Contacts + SMS Backup", the second one is common text file can be opened on any Windows PC.
